About Lino
Lino is a civil litigator and partner at Bridgehouse Law's Vancouver office, focusing on commercial litigation and administrative law matters including breach of contract, negligence, and fiduciary duty claims, as well as shareholder, partnership, and other business ownership disputes. He has worked on numerous complex arbitrations and mediations and has appeared before courts and administrative tribunals in British Columbia, the Yukon, and the Northwest Territories, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also been retained as counsel to the BC Utilities Commission on regulatory matters. Lino was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2006 and in the Yukon in 2010.
