About Francine

Francine maintains a general commercial practice covering incorporations, asset transactions and commercial real estate transactions. She is a French-speaking Métis lawyer with roots in rural Manitoba who provides culturally sensitive legal advice to Indigenous business owners and First Nations organizations, and her experience running businesses gives her in-depth knowledge of Manitoba's construction and manufacturing sectors. She holds a business administration degree from the University of Winnipeg and graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Southampton, England as a Canadian Prestige Scholar.
