About Jeffrey

Waugh practices estate disputes, complex commercial litigation, and contentious property matters. He trained at a major regional Halifax firm and later served as litigation counsel to the federal and provincial Attorneys General, appearing before courts at multiple levels. He is recognized by Lexpert Canada and The Best Lawyers in Canada as a leading practitioner in trusts and estates law. Waugh is a part-time instructor at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, where he teaches estate litigation, and he serves as vice-chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Civil Litigation Section in Nova Scotia.
