About Jeffrey
Jeff heads Thomson Rogers' Municipal and Planning Law department and focuses on land use matters, including litigation, expropriation, and environmental and constitutional issues. He appears before municipal councils, the Ontario Land Tribunal, and the courts on behalf of municipalities, public agencies, corporations, and private individuals, and he serves as solicitor to several municipalities. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in Canada for municipal and real estate law since 2013. Jeff was called to the bar in 1990 and went on to complete a Master of Laws in constitutional law at Osgoode Hall Law School, where he had earlier obtained his J.D.; he holds a B.A. from Victoria College at the University of Toronto.
