About Courtney
Courtney Caldwell is the founder of CLC Law in Maple Ridge. Born and raised in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, she was called to the Alberta Bar in 2015 and later to the British Columbia Bar in 2019. She began her career in Edmonton focusing exclusively on criminal and family law, then expanded her BC practice to include child and family services matters after returning home. At CLC Law, her practice concentrates on criminal defence, including assault, impaired driving, drug offences, domestic violence, weapons offences, and sexual assault charges, and family law matters such as divorce, child custody, and common-law separation. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Alberta.
