About Jeffrey
Jeffrey Einhorn is a corporate solicitor whose practice focuses on business law, including share and asset purchases and sales and mergers and acquisitions. He also assists corporations, business leaders, and individuals with incorporations and reorganizations. Jeff came to the Kitchener-Waterloo region from Alberta on a hockey scholarship for his undergraduate studies at the University of Waterloo, then returned to the region after attending law school at the University of Alberta. He earned his J.D. there in 2019 and was called to the bar in Alberta in 2020 and in Ontario in 2021. Jeff emphasizes open communication with clients, favouring calls, video meetings, and face-to-face conversations wherever possible.
