Jeffrey Lightfoot has practised securities and corporate law in Vancouver for about 30 years, concentrating on corporate finance and securities work involving the TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange. Lightfoot's clients span medical technology, agriculture, mineral resources and oil and gas, and Lightfoot has worked on initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and inter-listings. Lightfoot coaches minor hockey, soccer and softball and previously served as president of a local minor hockey association.
