About Max
Max Ledger is an associate practicing corporate and securities law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, including private placements and public equity and debt offerings. During his JD, Max received the Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg Prize for the top standing across combined courses in commercial law, business associations, securities regulation, and taxation, along with the Fogler Rubinoff Prize for top standing in a business-law intensive program. While completing an MBA, he earned the Graduate Business Council Bronze Medal for third-highest standing in the 2020 graduating class. In law school, Max interned at Navigator Ltd. on crisis response strategy and at Kingsdale Advisors developing takeover bid playbooks, and volunteered as a caseworker at Osgoode's Investor Protection Clinic.
