About Jeff

Jeff is an associate in the Saint John office, providing legal services through a professional corporation. His clients include retail firms, banks, trustees, and receivers, and his work has included a multi-million dollar action involving a dispute over former shareholders' share value on dismissal. He has also worked on insolvency proceedings, including a case establishing that membership in a professional association is not property that passes to a bankruptcy trustee, and a matter involving a debenture converted into a mining property interest under the CCAA. Jeff earned his LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 1997 and a B.A. from Carleton University in 1994, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 1998. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
