About Jay
Jay Geers is a partner in Osler's Real Estate Group, practising out of Calgary. His work spans real estate purchase and sale deals for office, industrial and retail assets, along with mortgage financings and various leasing arrangements. Jay also advises on complex commercial transactions tied to conventional and renewable energy infrastructure and project financing. His client base includes financial institutions, pension funds and life insurance companies, as well as renewable energy developers and other institutional lenders and investors. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Management focused in Economics from the University of Lethbridge.
