About Jaskiran

Jaskiran Gakhal is a lawyer at HHBG Lawyers, having joined the firm as an articling student in July 2024. She previously worked as a summer student with the Migrant Workers Centre, assisting migrant workers with employment, human rights, and immigration matters, and is committed to empowering workers to exercise their legal rights. Jaskiran graduated from the Peter A. Allard School of Law after earning an Honours degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia, competing in the Laskin Moot and volunteering with Pro Bono Students Canada and the Law Students' Legal Advice Program during law school.
