About Trevor
Trevor O'Connor's practice is focused on construction law and commercial litigation, working with clients on builder's liens, professional negligence claims, delay and extras claims, and other contract disputes. He has represented clients in the BC Supreme Court, the Provincial Court, and as co-counsel in private arbitration, and also assists with mediation. Trevor graduated from the Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2022, receiving the Barbara Bluman Memorial Prize in Dispute Resolution, then completed his articles with JML before joining as an associate in 2023. Prior to law school, he worked in residential construction as a framing carpenter.
