About Addie

Addie Wensel is a lawyer at HHBG Lawyers whose practice centres on demystifying employment law for workers, including negotiating employment contracts, navigating ongoing workplace issues, and securing fair severance after dismissal. She grew up in Vancouver, completed undergraduate studies in Calgary, and returned to Vancouver to complete her law degree at the University of British Columbia, volunteering with the Law Students' Legal Advice Program during school. Before joining HHBG, Addie practised employment law at a national employment law firm, and has led and won trials in the BC Provincial Court and BC Supreme Court and appeared before the BC Human Rights Tribunal and BC Employment Standards Branch.
