About Janice

Janice Mumberson is a partner at Barriston LLP who advises clients on corporate and commercial law, wills and estates, and real estate. She was called to the Law Society of Ontario bar in June 2013 after completing her law degree at Queen's University Faculty of Law, where she took part in the Queen's Business Law Clinic and volunteered with the Family Law Project. Before law school she completed an Honours Bachelor of Commerce at Queen's School of Business. In 2019 she received the Barrie Advance Readers' Choice award for favourite real estate lawyer. She belongs to the Barrie Chamber of Commerce and mentors start-up businesses through the Small Business Centre of Barrie.
