About Jane
Jane Jiang is an associate at Torys LLP in Toronto. Her practice covers corporate and securities law, with particular attention to private equity work, private fund formation, and capital markets matters. During her JD studies she received a Student Leadership and Mentorship Award, recognizing her commitment to supporting fellow students through mentorship. She took part in student government throughout law school and was chosen by her peers each year as an at-large representative. Jane also gives her time to the Law in Action Within Schools program and volunteers on Pro Bono Ontario's hotline.
