About James

James Wilding joined the Business Law Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill and McDougall LLP/s.r.l. in 2022 after completing his summer and articling programs with the firm. He maintains a general corporate and commercial practice, assisting clients with a broad range of transactions, and regularly helps clients prepare wills and powers of attorney. Wilding graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Arts and Science program at McMaster University in 2018 and earned his law degree from Queen's University in 2021. During his time at Queen's, he worked at the Queen's Legal Aid Clinic providing pro bono legal services to students and low-income members of the Kingston community.
