James Pinchak is an associate in the Halifax office whose practice focuses on insurance defence and commercial litigation, with particular interest in class actions and professional liability matters. His work has included assisting a state-owned enterprise in an international commercial arbitration, representing a professional liability insurer in the defence of an insurance broker, and assisting clients with commercial contract disputes and document review in insurance matters. He earned his JD from the University of New Brunswick in 2022 and a BComm from Ryerson University in 2018, and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2023.
