About James
James A. Scarfone founded Scarfone Law Firm in Windsor and focuses on US and Canadian immigration law. He was called to the Florida Bar in 1991 and has been licensed with the Law Society of Ontario since 2000, giving him standing to handle immigration matters on both sides of the border. He earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University's Detroit College of Law in 1990, after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Windsor. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, which he joined in 2000, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
