About Jaime
Jaime Yanevski is a partner who joined Thomas Gold Pettingill LLP in 2021 and focuses on insurance defence litigation, handling occupiers' liability, motor vehicle and municipal liability claims. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court and Small Claims Court. After his call to the bar in 2017, he practised civil litigation at a Toronto boutique firm, concentrating largely on personal injury files. He earned his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016, where he took part in the Community & Legal Aid Services Program and Pro Bono Students Canada, and holds a BA Honours in History from Concordia University.
