About Jacqueline

Jacqueline L. King is the Managing Partner of Levitt LLP and a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation. She has argued employment, shareholder dispute, fraud, oppression remedy, and tax litigation matters before trial and appellate courts including the Supreme Court of Canada, and is an Adjunct Professor of Employment Law at Osgoode Hall Law School.
