About Nick
Nick Esterbauer is a partner who joined Hull & Hull as an associate in 2014 upon his call to the bar, after summering at a litigation boutique focused on family and commercial law. He assists clients with estates, trusts, and capacity law matters, including will challenges, dependant's support claims, fiduciary accounting disputes, guardianship applications, life insurance disputes, and international estate administration issues. Nick volunteered with Queen's Legal Aid and worked as a caseworker at the Elder Law Clinic during law school. He has co-authored several publications with Ian M. Hull, including work on insurance and estate planning, digital assets, and a chapter of a global private wealth guide. He belongs to the Advocates' Society, the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Advocacy Centre for the Elderly.
