About Jacqueline

Jacqueline Code is a partner and chairs the Research Department at Osler's Toronto office, bringing more than 25 years of experience to a broad spectrum of the firm's practice areas. Her focus areas include corporate governance, regulatory compliance, insurance coverage disputes, administrative and Crown law, trust matters, and contract and statutory interpretation, along with complex commercial and insolvency litigation. As a member of Osler's insolvency team, Code specializes in insolvency and restructuring work, and she chairs the firm's Opinions Committee while co-editing the Osler Legal Outlook. Before joining the firm, she clerked for Justice Peter Cory at the Supreme Court of Canada.
