About Kirill

Kirill Kompaniyets practises employment law and civil litigation at Pace Law, representing both employees and employers in matters including hiring disputes, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, wrongful and constructive dismissal, and workplace discrimination and harassment. He has represented clients before the Superior Court, Small Claims Court, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Human Rights Tribunal, as well as through alternative dispute resolution. Kirill earned his J.D. from the University of Southampton and a bachelor's degree in history from York University, and completed his articles at an employment law firm before being called to the Ontario bar in 2020. He speaks English and Russian.
