About Jacob
Jacob Young's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and business financing in the technology sector. He works with start-ups and growing technology companies, as well as venture capital investors, on incorporation, governance and general corporate matters, along with commercial agreements and venture capital and private equity financings. His practice also covers exit transactions, including strategic acquisitions and initial public offerings. Young holds a J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan, earned with great distinction, and a B.A. with a specialization in philosophy from the same institution. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers as an associate to watch in corporate law.
