About Jackson

Jackson Mirasty completed his articles at Pringle Law in summer 2024 and joined as an associate, practising exclusively in criminal defence. He conducts bail hearings, trials, Charter applications, and sentencing hearings, and provides independent legal advice and assistance with traffic tickets and Immediate Roadside Sanction reviews. Jackson worked as a Gladue Report Writer for five years before joining the firm and is experienced in trauma-informed interviews and Gladue Factor submissions for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous clients. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Alberta, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Native Studies.
