Joe Murphy co-founded Murphy Battista LLP with Joe Battista, K.C. in 1982, and the firm has grown from two lawyers to more than 20, with offices in downtown Vancouver, Surrey and Kelowna and a support staff of more than 60. Now semi-retired, he still provides help and support to the firm's other lawyers, and has served as president of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
