About Isaac

Isaac McLellan is an associate in Stewart McKelvey's Tax Group, based in Halifax while also maintaining a practice in Saint John. His developing tax practice covers corporate and personal tax planning, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and tax litigation and dispute resolution. McLellan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2022 and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University in 2018, including a semester abroad at Otago University. He was called to the bar in New Brunswick in 2023 and Nova Scotia in 2025, and is a member of the Canadian Maritime Law Association.
