About Irene
Irene Tsui joined Thomas Gold Pettingill in 2026, having previously articled and practised at a Toronto insurance defence boutique. She is building a practice focused on insurance coverage and litigation matters, including coverage opinions, coverage disputes, bad faith claims, and policy wording issues. Irene earned her Juris Doctor from Queen's University in 2023 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024. During law school she held the Managing Editor of Volunteers position with the Canadian Journal of Commercial Arbitration and volunteered as a caseworker at Queen's Legal Aid.
