About Igor

Igor Lazic's practice covers a range of commercial real estate matters, including purchases and sales, leasing, and development, and he has experience conducting due diligence in share and asset purchases involving real estate. He has assisted in drafting purchase and sale agreements, easements, and other real property agreements. Before joining Terra Law, Igor summered, articled, and practised as an associate in the commercial real estate group of a leading national law firm. He earned his law degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC in 2022 and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, with distinction, from Simon Fraser University. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2023 and is fluent in Serbian.
