About Hailey
Hailey Chin is an associate in Osler's Emerging and High Growth Companies Group, with a practice covering emerging companies, venture capital, corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. She completed the JD/MBA program at the University of Toronto, where she volunteered as an intake worker with Downtown Legal Services and co-founded the Law Film Society. Before law school, Chin earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen's University. She joined Osler as a summer student in 2021 and articled with the firm from 2022 to 2023.
