About Iain
Iain is a lawyer in MT+Co.'s Indigenous Law Group and a member of the Snuneymuxw First Nation who works with Indigenous Nations and not-for-profits on UNDRIP implementation, governance, and Aboriginal Title and Rights. He supports clients through the Coordination Agreement negotiation process under Bill C-92 for Indigenous child and family services laws. He was called to the BC bar in 2023 and the Nova Scotia and Northwest Territories bars in 2025. He serves as a director of Health Justice, a BC non-profit focused on mental health law reform.
