About Alexandre

Alexandre Fallon counsels clients on compliance with Quebec-specific requirements such as language laws and consumer protection legislation. As a litigator, he has handled large infrastructure project disputes, defended class actions, and appeared in commercial and regulatory matters before specialized tribunals. His appearances include the Regie des marches agricoles et alimentaires du Quebec, the Regie de l'energie, the Quebec Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Alexandre regularly assists clients in dealings with the Office quebecois de la langue francaise and the Office de la protection du consommateur, and has published commentary on developments in these areas. From 2013 to 2019, he taught torts, judicial remedies, and trial advocacy at the Universite de Montreal's North American Common Law Program.
