About Homa
Homa Aminnejad is an associate in Osler's Disputes Group in the Calgary office, where her practice covers corporate and commercial litigation along with restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency matters. During law school, she built practical experience serving as a caseworker and group leader with Community Legal Aid, then as a caseworker at the Class Action Clinic. Homa earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Windsor after completing a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at the University of Calgary. She speaks both English and Farsi.
