About Harjot

Joti Dhaliwal joined Cassady Law LLP in March 2018 as a litigation associate with extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in motor vehicle accident disputes. She also represents clients in debt collection matters, contract disputes, builders lien claims, and family law disputes. Born and raised in the Fraser Valley, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia and her law degree in the UK. She was called to the British Columbia bar in 2016 and has appeared in the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal of British Columbia. She volunteers with Access Pro Bono's telephone clinic and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the New Westminster Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
