Aaron Pearl, TEP, practises exclusively in estates and trusts litigation and elder law, representing clients in disputes over the distribution of a loved one's estate. He has appeared in mediations and at all levels of court in British Columbia and is a Trust and Estate Practitioner through the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Aaron speaks and writes frequently on estates and trusts law, including contributing the Resulting Trusts chapter of British Columbia Estate Litigation.
