About Gurmukh
Gurmukh Singh joined Cassady Law LLP in August 2022 as an articled student and previously practiced as an advocate in India for seven years, focused on corporate law and taxation. Born and raised in Himachal Pradesh, India, he moved to Vancouver in 2021 to complete an LLM in Common Law at the University of British Columbia. He was called as a Barrister and Solicitor by the Law Society of British Columbia in 2023, and has appeared at the Supreme Court of British Columbia for chamber applications as well as the Supreme and High Courts of India on civil, corporate, and taxation matters. He is a member of the Punjab and Haryana Bar Council and a Fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
