About Kaila

Kaila A. Dotten is a senior litigator at Cassady Law LLP practicing in estate litigation and family law, with experience at all levels of court in BC. She joined the firm in May 2017 and handles family matters including property and debt division, cohabitation and prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, and divorce, as well as estate matters such as wills variation claims, passing of accounts, and estate administration disputes. She earned her JD from the University of British Columbia in 2012 and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2013. She sits on the board of the New Westminster Hospice Society and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Vancouver Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers of British Columbia.
