Scott McInnes maintains a solicitor's practice focused on real estate, credit union and commercial lending, private lending, commercial leasing and corporate law. He regularly advises credit unions, financial institutions, private lenders and borrowers on secured lending transactions, including refinances and construction loans, and he represents buyers, sellers and borrowers in commercial and residential real estate transactions. His commercial leasing practice covers drafting, negotiating and reviewing lease agreements, and his corporate practice includes incorporations, shareholder agreements, reorganizations and tax-deferred rollovers. He was born and raised in Richmond, British Columbia, and relocated to Kelowna in 2023.
