About Hannah
Hannah Woods is an associate in Osler's Corporate group. Her work covers M&A transactions, securities and corporate finance matters, along with general corporate advisory work. She completed a joint JD/MBA at Osgoode Hall Law School, together with the Schulich School of Business. Before law school, Hannah held a project management role at a Canadian entertainment company. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and began at Osler as a summer student in 2022, returning to complete her articles in 2024.
