About Samantha

Samantha Granatstein is an associate lawyer at Orman Immigration Law, where she has worked since 2017, first as a legal assistant, then as a law student, and now as a lawyer. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2021, completed her articles with David Orman, and was called to the bar with the Law Society of Ontario in June 2022. She has represented clients before the Federal Court and focuses on judicial review, appeals, humanitarian and compassionate applications, refugee claims, and temporary residence applications.
