About Claire

Claire Doi is a litigator who focuses on commercial disputes, contract matters, estates litigation, employment law and construction litigation, known for careful preparation and attention to detail. While at Western Law she took on a caseworker role with Community Legal Services, and in Toronto she volunteered with the Korean Legal Clinic and served on its Grants and Fundraising Committee. She holds a B.A. with High Distinction from the University of Toronto (2021) and a J.D. from Western Law (2024), and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.
