About David
David H. Goodwin has more than 30 years of experience as a family and civil litigation lawyer in New Westminster. He earned a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Calgary in 1979 and worked in community development before earning a law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1986 and being admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1987. He has represented clients at all levels of BC courts and before administrative tribunals including the Expropriation Compensation Board and the Human Rights Tribunal. His practice covers family law, estate litigation and civil litigation, and he pursues negotiation or mediation where possible, litigating in court when necessary.
