About Nick

Nick Russell was born and raised in Vancouver. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and received his Juris Doctor from UBC's Allard School of Law in 2020. During law school he volunteered for the BC Civil Liberties Association, helped form a student harm-reduction group, and worked as a student clinician for the Innocence Project and Allard Law's International Justice and Human Rights Clinic. After law school he clerked at the Supreme Court of British Columbia. His practice focuses on estate and incapacity planning, estate administration, and committeeships, and he regularly presents publicly on trusts, estate planning, medical assistance in dying, and probate.
