About Hannah

Hannah Deasy is an associate at Richter Grewal LLP who practices exclusively in criminal law, representing clients at every stage of the justice process. She earned her JD from the University of New Brunswick, where she worked as a case worker at the Fredericton Legal Aid Clinic. Before turning to law, she worked in the United States as a social worker helping mothers with young children caught up in the criminal and family law systems, and she volunteered with the Kids-A-Part program supervising visits between incarcerated mothers and their children. Hannah brings a determined, client-centred approach to defence work, with a particular interest in warrant cases and challenging unlawful state action.
