Associate at Niman Mamo LLP
Christian Carpino has practiced at high-end family law firms as well as in corporate, commercial, and tax law, bringing an empathetic and solution-focused approach to each file. Though he is prepared to litigate and has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice, he generally works to resolve disputes outside the courtroom through mediation and arbitration. While studying law at McGill University, Christian led the Family Law Chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada, co-wrote a guide for low-income families navigating the Quebec family courts, and spoke to communities across Montreal about family law issues. He has also contributed to professional development programs run by Osgoode and the Ontario Bar Association. Christian holds an undergraduate degree in voice performance and sang in a cathedral choir for more than a decade.
