About Sarah
Sarah Young is a family lawyer with more than a decade of experience helping clients navigate difficult situations. She provides practical, timely advice on cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, parenting plans, property division, and support arrangements, and she frequently acts for third parties pulled into family law disputes. Sarah has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and also offers mediation, arbitration, and parenting coordination services. She volunteers with the Advice and Settlement Counsel Project and has represented intervenors in pro bono litigation. Sarah is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and contributed to the textbook on support rights and obligations under Ontario family law. She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2010 after earning her JD from the University of Toronto in 2009 and a BSc in Honours Mathematics from Dalhousie University in 2005.
