About Nirlep
Nirlep Chahal has spent over a decade practicing exclusively in family law, handling separation and divorce, child decision-making and parenting, support, and property division. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2016 after earning an LL.B. from the University of Leicester in 2012 and a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Toronto, St. George in 2010. Before joining her current firm, she worked as an Enforcement Services Officer at Ontario's Family Responsibility Office, managing complex interjurisdictional support enforcement cases, and received the BRAVO Award for outstanding client service in 2014. She prefers to resolve disputes outside of court where possible but advocates firmly in litigation when necessary.
