About Hana

Hana Holbrook is an associate in Richards Buell Sutton's Real Estate Group, focusing on secured financing transactions in which she regularly acts for banks, credit unions, life insurance companies, public institutions, mortgage investment corporations, and other private lenders, as well as borrowers. She handles commercial lending, real estate transactions, leasing, and real estate development matters, and is currently on secondment through August 2026. She holds an LL.B. and B.C.L. from McGill University (2015) and a B.A. in Political Science and French from Simon Fraser University (2011), and was called to the bar in 2017. She was elected Legislative Liaison for the Canadian Bar Association's Banking Law Subsection in 2019.
