About Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn Meyer is a partner at Allen/McMillan Litigation Counsel practising commercial contract, real estate, professional negligence, and shareholder and partnership dispute litigation, including cross-border matters. She has appeared before administrative tribunals, the International Court of Arbitration in New York, all levels of British Columbia courts, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Her matters include a $2.3 million judgment for a restaurant business against its insurer and a $1.45 million share valuation in an oppression claim. She previously served on the Vancouver Bar Association executive.
