About Martino
Martino Calvaruso holds a partner position in Osler's Insolvency and Restructuring Group. His corporate and commercial law practice concentrates on corporate restructurings, secured transactions, distressed acquisitions and divestitures, and enforcing the rights of debtors and creditors. He has broad experience acting for debtor companies, bondholders, senior lenders, purchasers, sponsors, and court officers on some of Canada's largest and most complex national and cross-border restructuring and recapitalization deals. Martino spent time as in-house counsel at Target Canada before returning to the firm in 2016, and also contributes insolvency and restructuring content to a LexisNexis practice guide for Canadian lawyers.
